Shipping Check

1. We offer Worldwide shipping. Items delivered to United States are in beautifully presented packaging. You can place an order online 24 hours a day, and your order will be dispatched within 12-24 hours after your payment is received. The tracking No. of your package will be sent to your email within 12-48 hours. You may use the tracking number to check the status of your order online.

2. We will deliver your order by DHL / FEDEX / EMS / UPS (Online Tracking). And it normally will arrive within 6-10 business days. Orders maybe be delayed due to bad weather, incorrect address information, or availability of the product.

3. We accept international orders and offer free shipping. We usually ship the international order by DHL / UPS / FEDEX / EMS / USPS. It only takes 5-8 days for orders delivered to destinations like Hong Kong,Japan,Australia and European countries.

4. We cannot deliver your order to a P.O. Box address, so be sure to give us a street address.

Tracking My Order

After your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your order's tracking number from us. You can track your order via the Order-tracking Websites by using your tracking number.

Shipping and Handling Policy

Basically, the item will be sent out in 1-3 business day. It'll take no more than 5 business for handling. It'll take 3-5 days for delivery. If you don't receive the item in two week after the payment, please contact us so that we can resolve the problem in time. The wrong delivery often happens because of the wrong undeliverable address or mistake made by postman, (the internaional shipping will take much longer).

You can return any item purchased on Valentino Online Boutique within 30 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

  1. Fill out the Return Form in order to get a Return Number.
  2. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
  3. Fill out 5 copies of the Returns Proforma Invoice that came with your parcel. If the forms are not complete, the package will not pass Customs and will be returned to you.
  4. Use the Return Label included with your order for easy shipping.

Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country/region they were purchased from.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

Can I use my own return service?

You can certainly use a different courier than the one that delivered the package. Please send the return to the following address:

Keep in mind that if you do not use our return label, Valentino Online Boutique is not responsible for any theft or loss during transport; therefore, we suggest you choose a trackable shipping service. If you use your own return method, no return fee will be deducted from your refund.


I lost my return label. How can I get a new one?

If you have lost the UPS pre-paid return label, just contact us and we will provide you with a new one.

For Returns, please contact UPS Express at 1-888-742-5877 (1-888-PICK-UPS®) For International shipping, call 1-866-782-7892 and request that they bring a blank standard waybill when they collect your return. You should fill it out as follows:

  • Select "Standard" Service and "Receiver" under payment terms
  • Indicate 001 212 355 6923 as the Receiver's account number

I decided to keep my order, but have already completed the Return Form. What should I do?

We are glad you have decided to keep your purchase. Don't worry, you don't have to do anything and there is no need to contact us.

Can I combine returns from different orders?

Sure, you can use the same box and pre-paid label. A return fee will only be deducted on the UPS (for U.S. UPS Express) Return Label used for shipping. You can find more information about our return procedures on the Return Policy page.

Refunds

We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times it could take up to 7 business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:

Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.

Can I receive my refund on a credit card that is different from the one I used for the order?

For security reasons, we cannot refund a credit card that is different from the one used for the purchase.
